“LOCAL JAPAN Local Character Festival in Rinku” will be held in Izumisano City, Osaka Prefecture!
You may be able to meet those characters who cannot come to the LOCAL JAPAN exhibition.

Japan Local Character Association
The Japan Local Character Association was established with the aim of creating a network of local characters throughout Japan, sharing information and deepening mutual cooperation, and promoting local characters in Japan and around the world to revitalize local areas in Japan.
Our association supports a wide variety of character activities that take advantage of local characteristics, and is working daily to develop new fields where local characters can play an active role.
